We are seeing intermittent issues with outbound calling on some accounts. Our Network Operations team are aware of the issue and re-routing traffic as a priority. Next update at 09:45 UTC.
Users can’t access the Exchange Online service using the Outlook client.

Emails DO work on office365.com
We have had numerous reports from Virgin Media Customers all over the country where the internet connection has dropped off.
We understand that Virgin are working on this and will be back online shortly!
UPDATE: Service is now working as expected – Please restart your router if you are still experiencing issues.
