Some accounts are currently seeing a degraded performance on Inbound and Outbound calling. Users may be experiencing issues and We continue to investigate with priority.

Intermittent Outbound Calling Issues on Some Accounts (6/18/2020)

We are seeing intermittent issues with outbound calling on some accounts. Our Network Operations team are aware of the issue and re-routing traffic as a priority. Next update at 09:45 UTC.

Users can’t access the Exchange Online service using the Outlook client.

User Impact: Users may be unable to connect to the Exchange Online service using the Outlook client.

Virgin Media – Reports of internet downtime across the UK (4/27/2020)


We have had numerous reports from Virgin Media Customers all over the country where the internet connection has dropped off.

We understand that Virgin are working on this and will be back online shortly!

UPDATE: Service is now working as expected – Please restart your router if you are still experiencing issues.
